Hey Guys,

Found this really cool fan trailer of Batman 89 done in the old classic style of the 1940's. Please check it out and enjoy.  In my opinion this trailer proves that Burton's Batman is Film Noir.

BatLobsterRises over at SHH made that. He did a good job on it.

This is great! I especially like the dubbing of Keaton's voice. It makes him sound like Robert Lowery's Batman.

It's hilarious how they dubbed Keaton's voice. I wish they exaggerated it even further, so it would sound like he's speaking in a Mid-Atlantic accent. ;D ;D ;D

Robert Wuhl's voice sounds naturally timeless.
QuoteJonathan Nolan: He [Batman] has this one rule, as the Joker says in The Dark Knight. But he does wind up breaking it. Does he break it in the third film?

Christopher Nolan: He breaks it in...

Jonathan Nolan: ...the first two.

Check out this great video by a YouTuber who analyses why B89 looks even better in black and white.

I'd love to see B89 get the Justice is Gray treatment, like ZSJL did.

Nice analysis on the character's overall connections with noir-style imagery.
