Omni Music Publishing Presents Batman Returns in Full Score

[THE BAT-MAN]

Hi Everyone, thought I let you guys know that Omni Music Publishing is releasing Danny Elfman's full orchestral score to BATMAN RETURNS in complete book engraved form.  That's right! The Full Orchestral Score.  I've been in contact with Tim Rodier, the owner of Omni Music Publishing regarding the release of BATMAN RETURNS for the past few months. He had shared this photo with me on his facebook page




Now Although this concept is very cool looking it's not the final version.  I had originally felt that it was missing a few elements to make it feel more like Batman Returns.  So I added some snow and also included a cat.  Which of course I showed Tim.




After Tim saw what I did with the concept art and heard my ideas.  He eventually talked with his artist and later told me that he will be including snow in the final art.  However, due to time and money he will not be including the cat.  Which I thought was a real pity cause to me the cat was an important reference to Catwoman.  But no matter,  I'm really excited for this release and hope you guys are too.

To fully show my sincerest appreciation and excitement for this release I had one of my friends record me improvising The Batman Theme (Reprise) on Piano.  Hope you all enjoy it and please forgive my friend for filming me vertically.

Nice little performance there. I like how your cover of the Reprise theme starts off quick and energetic before fading out in the end. Reminds me of how the main Elfman theme sounds the opposite - begins slowly and then kicks into gear.
