Gotham Public Works sign

I just bought this on ebay and it's said to be a copy of the one used in the film. However, I have no idea where in the film it is. Any ideas (im looking for a reference guide to paint it)

I'm not sure where but I wish the public works guys here looked like that instead of beer bellies and pants that won't cover their ass. Crack kills, people.

I'll watch the movie soon and see if I spot the sign though.

The logo looks familiar. I'll have a look at the movie again and see what I can find.

I've tried to find that logo in the movie many times.I have still no clue about which scene it can  be visible

This appeared in the background graphics of some games. Can't remember it in the movie.

Don't know if this helps. It says it's supposed to be aged copper or bronze.

Thank you! I've been begining to wonder if it's an unused prop or was made for the theme parks since that is where this logo seems to be used?
