Xensation Collectibles - Two-Face & Riddler

I'm shocked that nobody has posted anything about this. I found these Hot Toys-style collectibles of Batman Forever's Two-Face and Riddler online.

There are two copies left of the Two-Face collectible on Amazon.com as of writing right now. But I can't find any details online where you can purchase the Riddler one.

Xensation Collectibles doesn't sound like a big name company. I presume it's an independent manufacturer?
