The Scarecrow makes sure we know how smart he is but it isn't so overdone it makes you want to throw something through your TV (looking at you, Arkham City Riddler....ug).

But you got to admit, once you solved all of his riddles and force him to walk around his hideout with a bomb strapped around his neck, it was worth wiping that smug grin off his face. Right? 8)

Oh, no, I didn't get to do anything like that. I've only played the Catwoman missions so far and his drivel there was bad eno....WAIT A MINUTE. I get to do WHAT?! Can I detonate the bomb?

;D

You'll need to solve all of the riddles before you can pinpoint Riddler's hideout. When you find where he is, you have to carefully perform a takedown underneath the floor or else you'll trigger the bombs strapped on all of the hostages. Because Batman has a weakass no-kill policy, the Riddler walks around with a dud bomb wrapped around his neck..but of course the joke's on him since he doesn't know that! You can walk towards him and he'll start to panic.  ;)
QuoteJonathan Nolan: He [Batman] has this one rule, as the Joker says in The Dark Knight. But he does wind up breaking it. Does he break it in the third film?

Christopher Nolan: He breaks it in...

Jonathan Nolan: ...the first two.

Dini and Timm always acknowledged that Burton had a strong influence on their show, don't you worry.

Although it should be said that Timm never liked the BR-styled version of his Penguin. WB demanded him to model Penguin based on the movie version because the film and the show were released in the same year. That explains why Timm drastically changed Penguin's appearance in TNBA.

Yes, it seems their second film hindered their show, even if I liked the influence Is that also why Catwoman was blonde in Batman TAS ? I liked that too.  :)

So did I. ;)

I have friends who say I never would have been as obsessed with Catwoman if the Returns version and the animated version had been dark haired instead of blonde. I'm not so sure they're not right.  :-X lol. I mean, obviously I've come to love nearly all versions of her regardless of hair but it's like as a child she was special cause she looked like me.

Fortunately BTAS had my back with another character...this one even acted like me...

;D

A dud? Seriously? You got me excited over a DUD?

I should make you walk around with something wrapped around your neck. And it WON'T BE A FREAKING DUD.

lol.

I guess as long as he THINKS he will blow up it will be worth it.

Well, let's face it...even if the bomb was working for real, it's not like Batman would've killed Riddler anyway.  ;)

But can you imagine if you had the option to do that? The backlash over that would've been enormous.

I love Harley of course with or without the jester outfit, and I thought Batman Returns' Selina being blonde was a nice change after the three brunette actresses in the 60's, but maybe it's just me.  And of course it helped that Michelle Pfeiffer was in the role.:)
