Does anyone else find it bemusing that the Ice Princess had no clue who Oswald Cobblepot/the Penguin was even though his face had been all over the news and town posters throughout the city for the last few days?  How could she not have noticed them?

Even up until her death she simply believed he was an 'ugly bird-man with fish breath'.

It's very funny. It shows how stupid and self-absorbed the Ice Princess is. She's only interested in what's going on in her life which I suspect is one big party. Her remark about the ugly bird man with fish breath also shows that she's very shallow and judges people by their appearances. It's probably all about looks to her. If someone isn't beautiful she probably looks down on them.
