A bit concerned with the previous trailers, but this looks promising and a bit more serious than the previous film.

I am really excited for this one. This new trailer shows some major promise!
Why is there always someone who bring eggs and tomatoes to a speech?

This certainly looks like an improvement over the 2nd one.

Agreed. The first film is highly enjoyable and like the Burton Batman flicks, holds up very well in terms of rewatchability. I felt IMB2 was too short and felt soulless somehow. The idea here seems more fun. Hopefully it's fleshed out.

Just a thought. If J visits K back in time, perhaps this is why K is so sure about hiring J in the first movie.

Have you guys seen this at this point?

I caught it at a drive in double feature (with Brave). We have three drive-in theaters in the area, so summertime is the season of the Drive in for our family.  My kids got a kick out of Brave.  My son stayed awake for MIB3.

Any event, I thought it was a fun film.  It turned out to be a beautiful character piece with some genuine laughs, solid spectacle, and it certainly had heart.  It was just a fun movie.  I'm looking forward to it on video, I hope it holds up on repeat viewings.  A genuine surprise given my distaste for the second film.

i saw the second film in theatres, I don't remember disliking it but it didnt exactly stick out to me or motivate me to see it again.

This one was very enjoyable. Maybe because I'm a time travel buff but I enjoyed the way it was done even though there is a reasonable debate how Will Smith can remember K but nobody else can. The early scenes of smith going back to the 60's (being black of course) was funny. Josh Brolin was outstanding as young J. The ending was very well done as well and the villain was better than Laura Flynn Boyle.
