Following a viral campaign where people had to find stuff

Thanks for posting!
Why is there always someone who bring eggs and tomatoes to a speech?

- Bruce's rocking the Oliver Queen facial hair!
- Bane's voice = much better now.  There would've been no complaints if his voice was like this in the prologue.
- Eerie silence works well.
- A lot more of John Blake in here than I was expecting.  Very curious to see the purpose of this character and where he goes.
- Good to see more of Catwoman in here.  Not sure how I feel about Hathaway so far.  I wasn't a naysayer about her casting, but I'll stick to my "wait and see" attitude before passing judgment.
- Love the shot of Batman looking over the city with the cape flowing back.
- "This isn't a car."  Also curious to see more of how "The Bat" will work in action.
That awkward moment when you remember the only Batman who's never killed is George Clooney...

Pure awesome. This trailer made me A LOT more excited for this movie than the two previous ones.

Can't wait to see the Batman/Catwoman team-up on screen, as well as Hardy's Bane. All reservations about a few relatively trivial matters cast aside for a while, this promises to be much more epic than TDK.

I enjoyed the trailer and it looks like Nolan will go out with a bang.

Some good shots in there, especially Batman on top of the bridge with cape flowing.

Not too shabby, and most definately looking forward to seeing this.

Loving the dreary/bleak vibe that the trailer conveys with Bane's stranglehold of Gotham.

And just for fun ....  ;D

I loved the trailer, but this really highlights one of my peeves with the fight scenes in Nolan's Batman films. It wasn't a problem in BB, but I noticed it a lot in TDK. And it looks like it's going to happen in TDKR too.

Why do all the armed goons run over to Batman, guns lowered? Why not just shoot him? Why place themselves within reach of his melee attacks?

In Burton's and Schumacher's films the bad guys did actually open fire on Batman. In fact, Batman was knocked to the ground by gunfire four times in Burton's movies. These films are meant to be more realistic, yet Batman absorbs gunfire (on the rare occasions he's shot at) without so much as flinching.

Sorry to nitpick. But when you see it taken out of context like that, it just looks so stupid. It happened in the car park and penthouse fights in TDK too. To be fair, there might be a reason here. Maybe they've been ordered to take them alive. But if they haven't, then that guy on the right is a moron for not shooting Catwoman while she's distracted.

That aside, the new trailer looks great  :)

Never found these films to be anything realistic.

I see the comment alot, but there's simply too much unrealistic stuff going on in the films to make me really consider them anything remotely coming close to realism. Battling a ancient group of ninjas that are revealed to be secretly policing the world for 2,000 years, trying to destroy a major US city with something like 'fear gas' and a microwave emmiter that did nothing to humans, not to mention a man dressing up as a bat and fighting crime who can somehow jump on top of a moving van and literally stop it in it's tracks as if it hit a wall.

There's more of course, but to me, these films fall into the illusion of realism, due to how Nolan dealt with the material and his approach, but ultimately, not realistic.

Just an observation, but does anyone notice the mysterious man in the background, who is slowly creeping out of the shadows, while the man with the gun is going after batman?

If armed, he would have the perfect opportunity to shoot Batman.  Of course this kind situation depends on the film's plot.

Excellent trailer, one of the best, if not the best I've seen all year. The trailer gives the impression of the stakes raising considerably, alot of worries for Batman, the citizens of Gotham and other key characters. This looks pretty darn good!
