So I've just found out Gail Simone is coming to do a signing in a comic shop in Belfast on 3rd Nov!

Gail Simone has been dropped from Batgirl.

I'm shocked and annoyed to hear this. I was loving Gail's run on the title :-(

DC's certainly has had their share of blunders with the New 52, but I never considered Gail writing Batgirl a detriment. Certainly not to the extent of forcing her off the book. Especially since she's THE person they turn to when they are criticized for anything female related.
