Yes, the legit teaser is out there in bootleg form.  This is not the first time that a bootleg Batman trailer has leaked out before WB released it online.  In fact, they seem to like holding off on the Internet release for these Batman trailers 'cause I remember the exact same thing happening with the final Dark Knight trailer.  Fans were watching the bootleg all weekend (or watching the legit version in theaters with Iron Man) until WB finally put it online the Monday after.  Looks like this might be a repeat of that if Paul's source, Olly, is right about WB waiting until Monday to officially release it online.

I'm not one to support bootlegs, but when something like this happens and WB starts taking down videos, I can't help but wonder, "What exactly did you think was going to happen?"
That awkward moment when you remember the only Batman who's never killed is George Clooney...

Also I suspect, by keeping the trailer a cinema exclusive they hope people will go see Harry Potter to see TDKR's trailer.

Exactly. It's a joke. WB - quit pulling down bootleg videos and release an official HD version. It's over to you. If they hold off and off like this, they CANNOT release it on their own terms. They've got to get in early, and they never do. Serves them right. You can't really blame the uploaders. They were pushed to do it. It's also what they do. They upload stuff. And I'd say nearly every Batman fan wants to see it in some shape or form.

As for the trailer itself, well, it's just a teaser. Nothing much to worry about at this stage. The only shot I really want to see in HD is Batman backing away from Bane. But the title cards were very cheesy and cliche. Every hero has a journey. The epic conclusion. Etc. Really - it wasn't needed. Nor was the Ras dialogue. It started and just abruptly stopped. The trailer should've started with Gordon lying on the bed IMO. I like the black and white look they're going for - but it seems like they're breaking Nolanverse branding continuity. You know, the black background and white arial text. The Rises is just slapped on at the bottom, too.
