Workprint of 89 Batman

There is a bit of rare audio floating around online of work Prince did for the Batman soundtrack, though it's all reportedly sourced from a workprint of the 89 movie. Two of the things are the audio from an early trailer that doesn't appear to have been released and a song that would have appeared during the end battle in the clocktower, although that song has lots of character audio in it and sounds like it was ripped directly from a rough cut of the movie. Is this rough cut traded by fans? How about that trailer? I'm very interested in workprints and would love to take a look at an unfinished cut of the movie.
