The man who made the best Star Wars film has passed away today, he was 87. :'(
Why is there always someone who bring eggs and tomatoes to a speech?

He also directed the 2nd best RoboCop film. He will be sorely missed.

Although I love Episodes IV to VI of the Star Wars trilogy equally, I do think The Empire Strikes Back was the best directed.

Rest in Peace Irvin Kershner.
Johnny Gobs got ripped and took a walk off a roof, alright? No big loss.

RIP, Mr.  Kershner
"Imagination is a quality given a man to compensate him for what he is not, and a sense of humour was provided to console him for what he is."

OMG, I didn't know he died until reading this post just now. I don't even recall seeing it in any newspapers or magazines as of recent.

R.I.P. Mr. Kershner. Under your direction, we got TESB, one of the best cinematic sequels ever made in movie history.
