I guess I'm one of the few lucky people who saw the teaser on YouTube a long time ago, before the site was popular. That's the one that starts with the Batmobile chase and end with a "Coming Soon" card, right? Just like you said there was no score at all, just sound effects and dialogue.

But after the clip was deleted, I never saw it uploaded again...

An informative read, ZuperZero. One nitpick, however... While you're right that both movies share a 'beauty and the beast' line, they're actually quoted like this:

Joker: It's as though we were made for each other... Beauty and the Beast. Of course, if anyone else calls you beast, I'll rip their lungs out.

Penguin: You're Beauty and the Beast in one luscious Christmas gift pack.

Unless, of course, that's how your quotations came out in the spanish version(considering where you came from).

How come they were on FOX?  Was there no WB back then? (from a none US-er)

That's right. BTAS, as well as the other WB shows at that time, was on FOX in the early-mid 90's 'cause there wasn't a WB network yet until 1995.
