if i wanted to try to get an interview with cristi conaway since someone brought her up, what should i say? how did you guys do yours? send them chat questions and they sent them back? or what? let me know. i have some good questions!
Sounds like a great plan, catwoman, especially since I'm the "someone" who brought up a Conaway interview in the first place! ;D :-*
Thank you, thank you very much. 8)
i suppose it depends on the person catwoman - some prefer to talk and some prefer to write.
it would be best to have you questions ready before pursuing any interviews - and then send them via email with your request. you can add that your phone number if they "purr"-fer to talk ;)
i'd make a babbling idiot out of myself if we actually talked lol. better do email.
but ty guys!

EPIC FAIL!
i'm gunna break that thumb.
so i think i know what i'm gunna do. there's an email address for press and media so i'm going to email her and say i represent this site and tell her about the 20th anniversary of batman celebration and say that we've been doing interviews with diff people and that someone wanted an interview with cristi and i got the nomination. then i'll say that if its ok i would email her our questions and then when she has some free time she could respond to them.
sound good? :)

Awesome idea! Maybe I could ask her if she could make Burton Batman related apparel in her clothing lines. :)
here are the questions i have here, i'll let ral approve them
1. how did you get the role as the ice princess?
2. how much, if any, of the ice princess's personality was true to yours?
3. how cold was your costume to wear?
4. what was your take on the ice princess's demise? i personally hated it, i liked your character a lot, lol!
5. you don't just light trees, you make clothes! tell me about that.
6. if offered a role would you consider a return to acting? maybe in christopher nolan's next batman movie?
7. did your role as the ice princess bring you any notoriety? also, do people still bring that up when meeting you?
8. you were one of the few minor characters in scenes with all three major stars of the movie (michael keaton, danny devito, and michelle pfieffer). any good (or not so good) memories of working with any or all of them and working on the film in general?
9. does your christmas tree light up and then you push the button?
10. did you get to keep your costume or any of the props or anything else? the tree button you landed on, perhaps? lol.
I approve of these questions (don't kill me, ral! :o)! 8)

Hey, hasn't Keaton recently visited some kid dressed as Batman or something, or did I get that wrong? Still, anything's possible Sandman!

ok so here's the email. feedback, please:
Dear Sir or Madam:
I represent the Batman Movie Online website (http://www.batmanmovieonline.com). With the 20th anniversary of the release of Tim Burton's first Batman movie, there have been several mini-tributes and celebrations on the site, including interviews with some of the supporting characters. Although she appeared in the second Burton-Batman film, there has been some interest in interviewing Ms. Conway as part of a larger tribute to the 20th anniversary of Burton's Batman in general, and I received the nomination to pursue and hopefully conduct a short email interview with her, consisting of a handful of questions regarding her role and her experience on the set of Batman Returns that have been compiled by members of the board.
The website has derived no profits from the other interviews and the same would go for the interview with Ms. Conway if she were to grant it. We're simply looking for some insight and memories from one of the most popular supporting, one-off portrayals in the history of the Batman Franchise. We know that her schedule may not allow the free time to grant our request, and if that is the case, we understand completely and wish her well.
Thank you,
Crystle Parker
my last name isnt parker so don't be getting nosey, boys. ::)

This is well written, & I hope that you succeed in interviewing Ms. Conaway. :)
going to send the email right now. i'll let you guys know what happens.
sent it and got a delivery failure. oh wells. it was a good idea at least and it was mine even so i guess i can be proud of that. :(
Sorry to hear that, Crysti. :(
Do you plan on trying again?
prolly not. if someone else does they better use some of my question since i was the first one to seriously pursue it and i put a lot of thought into it.
Heh... I'd do more interviews with those associated with Returns, but I'm gonna wait for the film's anniversary. I think I'll also try to get one with Marlon Waynes... ;)
That makes think... I wonder if we could track down Ricky Addison Reed. Both of their interviews would make a hell of a feature story!
blah. i may not be on this site anymore by then (i might not be by the time june 23 comes lol).
why do we have to wait till 2012? :(
