It could have been better if he had on his suit from the movie, but it's still neat.

Yeah! While quite campy, the left side of his face looks very much like Nicholson.
I was expecting Batman to come around push him off his throne.

Well I found this link on IMDB.com and found it interesting because I actually remember watching this 20 years ago.  Sadly, the man in the video, Fred Travalena, just recently passed away.  Scroll down to about half way to read the author's memories and to watch the clip.  Hope you enjoy.
