So ppl whats your fav track from the complete 1998 Batman score mines is finale combined with batman theme reprise oh and name no more than 2 tracks
This is so hard!!! lol But if I had to pick two, it'd be Descent Into Mystery and Up the Cathedral....
the reason being i figure it be fill with i let a long list and i wanted to see which songs stuck out in ppl minds in usually for me it's the endings
For me it would be Attack of the Batwing (or Batwing II and III as the complete CD names it) and the Batman Theme.
Finale and Descent Into Mystery.
Oooh... this is tricky. From the top of my head it would be The Main theme, Up the Cathedral and The Finale :)
This is tough. But it comes down to these two:
Cathedral Chase
Waltz to the Death
Both capture their respective character impeccably.
That is one of the toughest questions concerning the soundtrack, I love it all to be completely honest, however it seems that The Batman theme, descent into mystery, waltz to the death, up the cathedral, attack of the batwing and the love theme, stnads out for a lot of people, not only online, but people I've spoken too as well.
oh dont forget i have a returns 1 as well.
Cathedral and Descent into Mystery have always been the all-time favs. However, I agree that the score for the first Batman is the rare breed of soundtrack that has an almost 100% "listenability factor" - the music as a standalone listen is a treat from start to finish with no need for the skip button. For example, as much as I love Returns, there's a few tracks in it that I just can't stand on CD :)
I'm with everyone else who said I love every minute of it, but my two *very* favs would have to be Attack of the Batwing and Finale.
From the more upbeat ones, Descend to mystery, from the slower ones The Batcave probably
Recently I've found that I also like "Love Theme", an interesting quiet moment in the soundtrack.
Yeah, the Love Theme is excellent, soothing and sentimental.
