Come on, the teaser for B&R is amazing, im my opinion, the best teaser of all time, just a great little 20 seconds telling you all you need to know to get pumped for the film, Batman and Robin, together as a unit, somthing everyone wanted back in 96/97
So, for anyone who hasn't seen this piece of damn art, here it is;

I thought this was going to be about the Green Lantern teaser.
The snippet looks promising, IMO. The DC version of Iron Man.
The green fist punch looks nice. Hooray for fantasy!

It's pretty obvious what I'm talking about if you read my post.
Well, yea, but why in this thread?
Back in the day, I waited an hour for that damn thing to load.
Ahh...memories.

Well, yea, but why in this thread?
Well...if you read the first sentence of my original post...you'd see why....
I don't see why it's such a big issue. Because it's not.
You should be grateful. Apart from me, you've had one other poster in this thread.
Obviously they thought this was so cool they reused it for the intro of the official videogame tie-in that came out about a year later.

How I love the original PlayStation era with the primitive CGIs that look worse than modern in-game graphics.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the B & R video game the only Batman video game to use music from the actual media it's adapting?
The Lego Batman game doesn't count since it wasn't based on the '89 movie, just took its music.
Batman Returns for the SNES used a synth version of the Elfman score. If the technology had allowed they might have used the actual score recording.
Batman Returns for PC too

or Batman the Arcade by Atari
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gp6pv2QvSic (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gp6pv2QvSic)
and of course Batman Animated for Super Nintendo, made by the same team that made Batman Returns
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4hn31QUC9Ro (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4hn31QUC9Ro)
even a Game Boy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0YDzzSqzbn4&feature=related) version
Batman Forever (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UfqZ7N4bAEg) for PC DOS also features a particularly bad version of the theme in a cutscene video (about the 1.00 minute mark)
I remember Batman the Animated Series for the SNES being outstanding.
Never played any of the other's that was posted. Would have loved to have played the Batman arcade game back in the day ...
Count yourself lucky for Batman Forever! The game is as bad as that CGI intro.
As for Batman, I know what my reaction might be if I saw this arcade machine back when I was little, LOL. MAME can never replicate this experience.
in regards to the original intent of the thread, i think the teasers f***en killer.
and the gif from truman show was super funny.
in regards to what the thread became, OH MY GOD i loooooove old video games. the weirder they look the better.
Batman Returns on the PC uses Furst's Gotham! You can even see the Wayne Tower! (circled in red)

Nice still. I cannot for the life of me see Keaton's Batman driving out to Police HQ to meet Gordon one on one ala BF. Just not his style. He's the biggest loner ever. The GCPD in the Burton-verse still probably put the thing on the roof, and just *know* that he will see it, and will automatically *know* what they're summoning him for.
