so amazon just emails me and asks if i still want the keaton statue i preordered in august as they're having trouble locating the item to ship - if they can't find one for me by nov 25th they'll cancel my order
wish i would have known i was in a "maybe" situation with them to begin with!
That is sooo stupid of them. Why ask you, cause either they can get it or they can't. If they can't locate it then just tell you they don't have it instead of making you hang on!
Because Amazon doesn't like to admit that there are some things it can't get for you.
