Who has the better ascot?  I personally loved the dots on penguins, so I'll vote for penguins.  Or maybe burtons just fascinated with ascots?

Yeah, its the most memorable.  Though like the jokers too.  Its a tough call.

It's the necktie both the Joker and The Penguin wear.  The Penguin's is a swirly black and white colour , and the Joker's blue and looks like an extended bow tie.

I had to go with the Joker's myself.  I had no idea they were called ascots until now.    :-X
